You may cancel an eligible consultation before it starts. Once a chat/call/appointment session begins, cancellation may not be applicable for consumed time.
If a session is cancelled due to astrologer unavailability or platform-level technical failure, eligible charges may be adjusted or credited as per policy.
Cancellation for product orders or pooja-related services depends on order status and fulfillment stage. Once processed/dispatched, cancellation may be restricted.
