Wallet recharges are typically non-refundable once successful, except for duplicate/failed transactions verified by payment records.
Returns may be accepted for eligible products within the allowed return window, subject to condition checks and proof of purchase.
Approved refunds are processed to original payment method or platform wallet and may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
